Welcome to the Commissioning Campus.

C4H are delighted to announce three key partnerships which has led to the creation of the Commissioning Campus.

Our key partnerships are with the Lincolnshire Leadership and Management Centre; part of the University of Lincoln, Unique Improvements; a high quality skills development organisation and MAON; a leading change management company.

The campus will offer one of the widest range of commissioning skills courses and qualifications in the UK today.

About our partners

The Lincoln Leadership and Management Centre (LLMC) is a new custom designed, visually distinctive facility on the ground floor of the new Faculty of Business and Law building on the Brayford Pool campus of the University of Lincoln.

The University of Lincoln has been a major resource for leadership and management education and engaged research for more than twenty years.

Their primary aim is to enhance the leadership and management capabilities that drive the business performance and profitability of Lincolnshire’s businesses in order to stimulate economic growth and competitiveness.

Professor David Head, Dean at the Faculty of Business and Law, University of Lincoln said:

“The LLMC, as part of the University of Lincoln, is pleased to be part of this exciting venture.

“It offers bespoke training and development packages that support those delivering change in the NHS and Local Government.

“The campus will offer one of the widest range of commissioning skills courses and qualifications in the UK; including the only MSc in Commissioning designed specifically for clinical commissioners”.

Unique Improvements are a social enterprise established in 2005 who work closely with Local Authorities, clinical and non clinical commissioners and third sector organisations.

Unique Improvements are the only UK organisation that has university accredited commissioning courses to level 6/degree. They have a range of skills development courses and qualifications available linked to commissioning and designed to suit the needs of the client. Our partnership with Unique Improvements enables us to offer one of the widest range of commissioning courses and qualifications available in the UK today.

Their team has broad industry and consulting experience covering organisational change; people & process development; and partnership optimisation.  This focus gives them first-hand experience in assisting thier clients to adapt to pressures whilst enhancing their own capabilities and minimising risks.
